Our Artists
Julie Pelaez
Based in Austin, TX, Julie has reinvented herself as an abstract mixed media artist in pursuit of sharing mindfulness techniques and theories through her art.
Organized into collections, Julie creates visually arresting works that inspire thought and reflection, especially when her prompts are paired with the experience. Using bright colors, unique materials, and a trained artistic eye for captivating her audiences, Julie's work brings its viewers joy and curiosity.
Julie shows through multiple outlets and galleries, and has a growing product collection of wallcovering as well. She joins Moxie to pursue her interest in corporate and private commissions.
Chiara Magni
Located in Northern Italy, Chiara has dedicated her professional life fully to painting. She works diligently to express emotions on the canvas using oil paints and whatever tools she feels will best create the texture and depth she's conceived.
Over time she has developed the term "Bright Expressionism" to describe her work: a combination of Impressionism and Expressionism that has developed organically over time for her. Her work demonstrates "[t]he delicate interplay of light and color from Impressionism, mixed with the unfiltered emotional expression of Expressionism." She has an unrivaled instinct for finishing textures and techniques that forms her spirited work.
She has earned worldwide press coverage including British Vogue and voted one of Yahoo Finance's Top 10 Most Influential People of 2020.
Lena Rudnick
Based in Los Angeles, Lena is an award-winning Indie filmmaker and multimedia artist with 20 years of experience working across the entertainment industry.
She refined her photographic vision under the guidance of renowned photographic artists Shiela Pinkel and Tomas Roma. While she is a prolific creator across various media, photography has long been a respite from her professional life.
Over the last several years, she felt that her photography was developing a distinct point of view that she was eager to share. In 2024's debut collection, HELIO ROMANTICA, Lena used her camera to seize moments of awe as they unfold in the natural world, crafting abstracted landscapes that beautifully suspend time and evoke deep emotional states.
In Spring 2025 she brought us SEARCH NOW (More than Ever), a series of chemigrams that result from her experimentation with conventional items in combination with photographic materials. Chemigrams combine elements of painting, photography and chemistry, to create striking abstractions.
Her work has been featured recently with The Lightbox Gallery and in the prestigious online arts journal Cobra Milk.
Kathryn Bilharz Gabriel
A passionate advocate for interdisciplinary artmaking, Kathryn integrates science and engineering into her visual arts curriculum and studio practice. Her artistic focus combines organic and figurative drawing with themes of gender and power struggles, shaped both by personal experience and the evolving perspectives of her young daughters.
Kathryn is deeply fascinated by abstract sciences, particularly theoretical physics, cosmology, and the visualization of unseen forces. She enjoys exploring these complex ideas through her artistic practice, translating concepts like time, gravity, and energy into dynamic compositions. Her work often investigates the intersection of structure and fluidity, using the language of drawing to bridge the gap between scientific inquiry and human experience.
Kathryn is an artist living and working in Central New York. She holds a BFA, a dual degree in Art Education and an MFA.

We bring your work to the complex world of interior design to make dreams of seeing your work in the world come true. As your representatives, we will navigate the world of sales and project management for you, so you have more time to spend creating. We offer a wide range of services to our artists including soliciting interior design business and commercial commissions, researching new markets, creating business partnerships, designing and executing promotions, and negotiating contracts and image rights.
For Designers
With nearly 20 years of experience collaborating with the world's top interior designers, we know how to keep your project on time and on budget, while adding value to your client's art portfolio. We bring designers a project manager ready to deliver fresh artwork at various price points for projects ranging from private residences to restaurants, boutique hotel spaces, and commercial lobbies. While Moxie focuses primarily on photography, painting, and mixed media, we are also able to support collaborations and commissions.
Who's behind all this?
Lizzy Cordeau, Founder
Lizzy has been a sales representative in the interior design community for nearly 20 years. With experience working on both the East and West Coasts, she has gained insight and experience with a broad array of residential and commercial projects, and the designers who create them. Throughout this time she daydreamed of bringing fine art, specifically paintings, photography and mixed media, through these doors and finding a home not just for those pieces, but a place for emerging artists as well. With Moxie Fine Art, she is on a mission she deeply believes in: that art can be accessible and support both the designer's vision and an artist's creativity.
